About Me
I believe we are blessed with everything we need in life when we are born. Our bodies are miraculous and engineered to support us.... we just need to learn how to support it to optimize what we already have. My journey into wellness is a work in progress and I love nothing more than being able to help others achieve their optimum level. The class is customised to the student's needs after the first class. Appropriate alignment cues and working on the basics followed by more dynamic flows is how I like to take my students on their journey of fitness. I like to combine the classes with suitable relaxation techniques and pranayama to ensure the body and mind is relaxed to take on whats coming. I work with adults and children and intersperse my classes with visualisation, storytelling (for children), and asanas giving what my students need at the time.
