About Me
Teaching since 2006. Students showed marked improvement and have been scoring excellent grades in school. Individual as well as Group (maximum 4 students) coaching for school students from pre-schoolers to class 10th from various schools affiliated with the different Educational boards of India. While teaching, I am constantly focused on strengthening the language base of the student: Grammar, writing skills, pronunciation, spellings. My classes are interactive and the students have been immediately showing increased interest in the subject, and improved scores in their school assessments. I also provide spoken Hindi for International students & Expats who can converse in English. Hindi Accent Training. Can provide classes at my home or through webcam.

What motivates you to teach & why?
The lack of good teachers in the schools and locality around me motivates me. When I see children or adults struggling with these languages, I feel I can contribute in improving their linguistic skills. Moreover a keen interest in Indian languages shown by expats/foreign nationals/Indian origin citizens of other countries also stimulates me to teach Hindi/Sanskrit to them.
When did you start developing an interest in your subject area?
I had this interest since school , however, the realisation came when I started teaching/supporting my children during school.
If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?
My language teachers in school, Ms. Meera, Ms. Meena, Ms. Kumkum of Mount Carmel, Patna, who taught us in such a way that the interest in the subject remained till age, even after more than 35 years.
What is the biggest obstacle you had to overcome in mastering your craft?
Understanding the use of available resource on the internet and the use of video calls to reach out to my students.
In your opinion, what makes someone excel in your subject area?
Apart from speaking, one needs to read extensively and think in the subject language. Further one also needs to practice extempore writing.
What would you say to a student who says, "This is too difficult, I give up!"?
Practice makes a man perfect!
