Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?
I enjoy teaching mathematics and physics. Since my early days, I aspired to be at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), which fueled my passion for these subjects from childhood.
What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?
My motivation lies in the satisfaction I feel with the students. Witnessing the results of our collective efforts is truly a rewarding moment for me.
How does your work help society?
I can assist by being a companion to students. As a fellow student, I bridge the generation gap, creating an environment where they feel comfortable opening up to me.
If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?
It was my late grandfather who taught me to think broadly and openly, encouraging me to see the world as full of opportunities.
Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.
I am fond of practicing YOGA, and basketball is the sport I enjoy playing, finding a deep interest in it.
Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?
The classes are usually filled with joy. I don't allow myself or the students to make it overly serious during class, but after it's over, a friendly environment emerges. Many students text or call me in their free time.
