As a certified yoga instructor with 7 years of teaching experience, I have honed my skills in guiding students through various yoga practices for weight loss, strength, stamina, flexibility including Hatha yoga, power yoga, traditional yoga, advanced asana, Iyengar yoga, stretching yoga, yoga Pilates, pranayama and meditation. I have a strong focus on alignment, breath awareness, and mindfulness, creating a safe and supportive environment for practitioners of all levels. My background in 500 hours teacher training by yoga alliance and QCI certified yoga teacher which is given by Indian government has equipped me with a solid understanding of Mentally, physiology, and the therapeutic benefits of yoga, allowing me to tailor sessions to meet the individual needs of my students.
