About Me

I'm From Shri Ganganagar, in a state of Rajasthan. family of Landlord agriculture, which made me diligent, hard working and I have done PGDM in Marketing and Information Technology, Digital Marketing and worked in few MNC. Before corporate world I was an International level tennis player (Rajasthan rank 01) I always followed my passion, so decided to pursue love of yoga, I traveled to Rishikesh, the center of the yoga world. completed the 500 RYT Teachers training program successfully. strong emphasis on mindfulness, body and breathing awareness, Yoga Nidra, and various meditation techniques. I draw inspiration from many different areas of life and spread this creatively and generously. My diverse background and spiritual studies both helped to open up my intuition towards the unity in the universe. I always learning this amazing habit, and always grateful for never giving up.
