From understanding the name of the topic to getting the best grip on that. I believe in practicing questions rather than reading the same topic multiple times. It's always better to read one book 10 times, than reading 10 books one time. Being an under average student in school I know where the student is lagging and what are the most boring portions, and then make the most interesting by adding stories to it.
