About Me
I have been teaching these subjects for the last seven years. Currently, I am pursuing my PhD in theoretical physics at IIT Bhubaneswar. I have published multiple papers in reputed international journals and have attended several conferences/workshops. I have qualified GATE Physics with an AIR 587 and also BARC physics exam. MSc in physics from Punjab Agricultural University (PAU) along with research experience and institute scholarship. BSc from Punjab University (PU), Chandigarh. I have completed my schooling from a CBSE-affiliated school with highest grade in physics in senior secondary examination in the district.

Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?
I am doing PhD in theoretical physics. Physics is a vast and exciting field with many hidden mysteries and I like to explore them and simultaneously love to teach them.
What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?
Physics as a subject seems fascinating to mostly everyone but only a few of them really get it. I have observed this pattern all the time. My motive is to make things easier which usually seem to be difficult to grab for students who are actually determined and want to pursue this field.
How does your work help society?
I am always trying to adopt various methods to explain the concepts in a much more effective manner. Things seem much more interesting when you actually get them. My main aim is to motivate as many students to pursue this field.
If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?
I have no role model currently. It's difficult to follow them.
Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.
I love to travel and also indulge in painting sometimes. Both of them give me utmost satisfaction and relaxation.
Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?
Some days are spent doing intense research work while many of them are spent doing nothing and still remaining busy. It's true that you can't be productive every day. I try to get a bit closer to my aim little by little every day.
