It started from a personal perspective; I chose yoga to transform myself mentally and physically.

The motivation behind teaching is self-expression; I have always wanted to explore myself by sharing my perspective and approach.
How does your work help society?
I believe yoga helps individuals disconnect from their gadgets and introspect, aiding in understanding oneself and one's body.
If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?
Actually, I don't have any role models in my field, but I'm inspired by every person living life on their terms.
Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.
My hobbies include theatre and live acting. I feel lighter by acknowledging my strengths and weaknesses.
Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?
Upon migrating to the city, I started teaching yoga at home. A young lady's weight loss goal faded quickly. However, an older woman, seeking meaning in her retirement, approached me. She became my enduring student, and our sessions are a lesson in life experiences and genuine connection.
