I'm pursuing Post graduation degree in Yoga Therapy, With the experience of more than 8 years in the field of Yoga. Yoga is a human technology. It's the science of consciousness. Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?
Yoga is not only practicing asanas but Yoga is the way of life, how we eat, how we sleep, how we live our life.I'm practicing Yoga since childhood and it gives a lot to me, it is now my way of living. Come and Fall in love with Yoga. I'm promise that yoga will never let you down.
What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?
I have been very interested to become a teacher since my childhood and this takes me further to this field of Yoga. My motivation is my father who is also a yoga teacher since his 30's.
How does your work help society?
Yoga helps society in many ways! The main thing behind yoga is, it helps to keep calm and relaxed it. Also helps to reduce stress and tension. Yoga helps society to stay calm, composed and relaxed. Yoga brings smiles on many faces.
If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?
I definitely go for Mr. Akshay Kumar because he is applying yoga in his daily life, he is the best fit for role model for me.
Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.
My hobbies are to play cricket, badminton, watching movies, eating new and delicious food and most importantly, I love to explore new places. Love to travel a lot :)

I started my classes with Sparsh almost 1.5 months back and he is extremely punctual to his classes.
