About Me
At present, I'm working as an Assistant Professor of English at Sharda University, Uzbekistan. I'm a scholar, I've got a post-graduation degree in English literature from the University of Calcutta. During my PG, I have managed to secure the first position in my entire batch (2016-19). I am also TEFL and TESOL qualified from Canada Board Exam. As far as experience is concerned, I've been privately tutoring students for the past 4 years and with my systematic and organized ways of teaching, my students improved and performed better. I specialize in English but also give classes for History (ICSE & ISC background), Literature (every level) & Commerce.

I teach in a very systematic and organized way. I follow a formative method of teaching, in which I basically follow the syllabus strictly, complete them in parts then I form the test paper of the part which I've completed. I take the test, see the progress of the student, if any loopholes are found, then I make room for improvement and proceed further with the syllabus. Likewise, I complete the syllabus thoroughly and this method also helps me to keep a track on the progress of the student and make them perform better by pointing out and rectifying their errors. My method of teaching also depends on the ability and level of the student, based on that I decide whether to put them in the category of beginner or intermediate. According to the category, I prescribe curriculum to my students, work on their overall improvement and eventual successful endeavor. My primary goal as a responsible teacher is to improve the weak points of my students, work on their holistic development, share my vast knowledge, explore their untapped potential and make the tedious process of learning as fun and frolic as possible.
